How do you program a new keyless entry remote for a 2002 Mini Cooper S?

Mini Cooper dealer is the only one that can set the keys. BMW can't even do it. Take it to a Mini dealer for that. Don't trust anyone else as they can screw up your entire electrical system. Just another 'perk' for we mini owner's!!
