What is OGAPluginInstall?

OGAPluginInstall is another disaster from Microsoft. Do NOT allow it to be downloaded on your computer. I fell for its promise to enable me to save Office documents in "other" formats like PDF and instead of providing that capability it merely screwed up PrimoPDF which is a highly reliable and free download for printing PDFs from any Office application.
