Is it illegal to intentionally hurt an unborn baby?

It all depends, if you are talking about drinking, smoking, or being to active like playing football, jumping on a trampoline ir swinging, during a pregnancy and knowing that it will hurt your baby, then it usually does count for murder. It also depends on how good your lawyer is! If someone who is not pregnate, tries to hurt a unborn child, he/she is very likely that they will do some time. Even if a baby is unborn..... it is still a human being, not a doll to expirament on. if some one wants to get rid of a unborn child, theyshould simpley have a obortion.
