How to write a letter asking Neighbor to remove a playhouse on my land?

Dear Neighbour,

GET THAT STUPID PLAYHOUSE OFF MY LAND. I understand your kids like to play and whatnot but PLEASE. i know you put it there just to bother me and i don't appreciate it. GET IT OFF MY LAND, before i get angry!!

just be nice about it and something like asking if the neighbor knows that the playhouse in on your property and then just saying something like id really appreciate it if you could move it to your property...something like that, but be nice about it.
