Using terms like profit earnings ratio does Obama have any real understanding of business?

Not unless Mr Obama is an especially gifted forward seeing economics luminary who has somehow discerned a totally new way to measure corner store, multi-national business and even national economic fundamentals - In which case we definitely should see him nominated for the next Noble Prize in Economics. But barring that possibility he is just another total financial dumby running the world's largest single nation economy.
