How old do you have to be to ride a go-ped?

there is no age restriction for gopeds. it is best to be at least 11-12 before you pick up a gas goped but there is no law that says so. remember, always scooter with a friend if you are going to go riding something at 30 mph! and you have to be 16 years of age, for a moped. :)
