Where is the block heater on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma?

On the 1GR V/6 engine, it is on the left (driver's) side at the rear just above the starter motor. It fits into a recess in the engine block. They are standard equipment on vehicles imported into Canada but not into the U.S.
