What was your greatest job challenge?

The biggest challenge I've faced in my career happened over 2 years ago when I worked for a major corporation. The corporation would send out daily e-mails concerning the changes being made and implemented. The changes were often very temporary and would change back and forth each week leaving employees frustrated and confused.
