Will a 2004 bumper also fit a 2001 Mitsubishi eclipse?

NO, the fog light setup looks different. To know for sure, you have to take both of the bumpers and match up the bolt patterns and make sure it will all line up correctly. But to me it looks like there are some significant differences between the years and it won't bolt up right and flow with the rest of the car. Hope this helps.
