Why is is important to encourage other to take the lead?

It is important to encourage others to take the lead because it gives a person a chance to grow. You do not learn unless you try and if you do not try to lead you will never know if you are able to be a leader. If we were all followers we would have no leaders. It has to start somewhere, so encourage others to lead.
