What is the difference between a tyrannosaurus and a tyrannosaurus rex?

T-Rex had a bigger skull

Allosaurus had 3 fingers. T REX had 2.

Allosaurus was smaller.

They lived at different times.

Allosaurus was lighter weight and T-Rex was bulkier. Both were predatory animals as well as scavengers.
