Yes, BUT only if you have let the doctor know (if they didnt prescribe them both) that you are on blood pressure medicine so that they can take the slight raise in blood pressure resulting from the CNS stimulatory action of the Adderall into consideration.

I personally take 2 blood pressure medications, safely, with my healthy dosage of adderall daily. Just make sure you always take your blood pressure medication before taking adderall. Dont worry too much, if you did forget you would just have a slighty higher BP, but not to the point where you would be in serious trouble; probably a slight uncomfort till you took your BP meds.
