To auto-start Outlook 2016, you can add it to your Windows startup folder. Press Win + R, type shell:startup, and hit Enter to open the startup folder. Then, create a shortcut for Outlook by right-clicking on the Outlook application in your Start menu or installation folder, selecting "Create shortcut," and dragging that shortcut into the startup folder. Outlook will now launch automatically each time you start your computer.
