Yes, but I don't know why you would want to. Hydrocodone tablets contain Tylenol's active ingredient (acetaminophen/apap). Apap only becomes harmful in liver toxicity levels of about 4 grams. Hydrocodone tablets usually contain about 500mg of apap, as does Tylenol entirely.
