Does the clot come out your nostrils or does it come down the back of your throat and out your mouth when you have a nose bleed with a clot?

During a nosebleed, clots can either come out of the nostrils or travel down the back of the throat. If the clot forms in the nasal passages, it may exit through the nostrils. Alternatively, if the blood runs down the throat, the clot may be swallowed or coughed up, appearing in the mouth.
