Any good jewelery shop will carry 9 Carat gold rings and jewelery. Shops such as Kay Jewelers, Birks, Tiffany and Co, Peoples Jewelers, etc will all carry 9 Carat cold rings. You can also try buy and sell sites such as kijiji and Craigs list if you are looking for used jewelery. Using these sites can be a bit tricky though because it is hard to determine if the item is real gold or fake.
