Heres The Recipe:1 package Wonton Wrappers

8oz Cream Cheese; Softened

2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

1/4 Cup Crab or Imitation Crab Meat; Shredded

Mix Cream Cheese, and Garlic on Med speed until they are completely mixed together. Add Crab Meat and mix on low until the Crab is just incorperated.

Drop one tablespoon of filling onto Wonton Wraper. Bring opposite corners of wraper together and pinch closed. This should create a purse shape. Continue this until you have run out of filling (there will be more wrappers than filling).

Heat Oil in deep fryer to 450, if you are using a skillet make sure it is deep enough that wontons will be completely submerged in oil as they cook. Fry for 3-5 minutes or until wonton is crisp and golden.

Since you just wanted it with cheese skip the crab meat part.
