What does you feel buzz mean?

That's not vintage. I mean, it is, but it's current too. It's probably been around as long as feeling a buzz has been around, which is long, long, too long, forever. It means: Do you feel high yet? Usually used about pot or booze, frankly, but it can come up in any appropriate conversatioin.
