Back up your Money files. You can do this when you exit MS Money by choosing a backup location. You may also have an "Export" option in the "File" menu. Using either method, choose a place on your hard drive to save your Money file. Copy the saved file to a CD or flash drive and then paste the file onto your new computer's hard drive.

Install Microsoft Money on your new computer from the CD. If you only have one license, you should uninstall it from the other computer.

Open MS Money on the new computer. Go to the "File" menu and choose "Import" or "Restore Backup." Browse to the location of the file you copied from the other computer. Select the file. All of your data will now be on the new computer and brought up when you open Money in the future.
