In Virtual Families, to have babies, you first need a couple who are married. Once they are married, you can encourage them to have children by clicking on the "baby" icon that appears when they are happy and ready to start a family. After they attempt to have a baby, a baby will be born and will need care and attention from the parents as they grow. Make sure to keep the parents' happiness and health in check to encourage successful pregnancies.
