How come my 99 dodge neon runs rough at idle?

This question can't be answered as there are too many possibilities. I would suggest a complete tune up and if that doesn't fix it, then take the car to a qualified, reputable repair facility. It could be anything from a clogged injector to a vacuum leak to things much more severe. Good Luck.
