Well, i have a bearded dragon and the heat lights are around $10 for a 75 watt, but here is something REALLY IMPORTANT, u need a UVB light also or they will die also and between u and me...dont go to Petco for UV lights as they are $50 there, while at other places it can be around $20 dollars.
Added: The heating lights can actually be regular household lights. They use them only for heat. I have 7 dragons and use 100watt household lights for their heat. The UV lights, which need to be changed every 6 months because they decay, is what is pricey as stated above. Try www.reptilesupply.com to order online. Make sure you get a UV light that is 8.0 or 10.0. The only brand I would recommend is Zoomed or Exoterra. The other brands do not make high quality lights and you will need to replace them even more frequently. You can get an 18" 10.0 Exoterra UV light for $15 at the site I suggested.
EDIT: Having been a reptile keeper/breeder for over 25 years - I can THOROUGHLY recommend Exoterra products. I won't use anything else unless I REALLY have to. I also agree about the heating lights. The ONLY difference with a ceramic bulb is that it doesn't emit visible light (only infra-red) I have my own 'home-made' versions fashioned from standard bulbs and ceramic plant pots !
