How are tatoos dangerous?

They are not! The only way they could be is if the tattoo artist is not using clean equipment (needles etc) otherwise tattoo's are perferctley safe providing you give them the proper after care.

They could, however, be harmful to your career, if a prospective employer does not like tatoos.
