What medication can you take for a ruptured eardrum?

No. A burst eardrum is very much like any other injury to the skin, you can't make it heal. Usually it'll heal up just fine of its own, w/o needing any intervention. If it was an ear infection that caused it to burst you'll most likely need antibiotics to clear that up though.
