How much does a sign installer make?

In 1987 I was making 38.00 / hr , In 1990 I was making 20.00 / hr now i fight for 18/hr due to Inflation, Immigration, and the price of sign equipment getting cheaper everyday, it's sad though because I work twice as hard as I did in the 90's because most sign shops now are owned by investors and entrepreneurs and don't know how to organize jobs properly.
