Why do parents not allow boy upstairs?

They sometimes believe that their may be an affair, and they may believe that you are too young. Therefore, they are always keeping an eye on you. You may want to arrange a time for them to meet this 'boy' that you like, and if they comply, they might loosen up the rules.
