Does a cat raise a there offspring or leave them?

A cat typically raises her offspring, known as kittens, for the first few weeks of their lives. Mother cats provide care by nursing them, grooming, and teaching them essential survival skills. After about 8 to 12 weeks, the kittens become more independent and may start to explore on their own, but the mother usually remains nearby to protect and guide them until they are fully weaned and capable of fending for themselves.
