Yes, they do. In the final chapter of Fruits Basket, Tohru and Kyo are shown as a happily-married elderly couple. In fact, their young granddaughter remarks on how she envies her grandparents' long-lasting love for each other and hopes to grow up to be as lucky in love as they were.
