Can any girl wear tube tops?

Not really. Its not appropriate for women with larger stomachs to wear tube tops, or pregnant women. Its also not appropriate unless she is going to the beach or maybe a party for like college students. Tube tops are very very casual and for warmer, unsophisticated settings. Also, if the woman will "fall out" of the tube top, it probably shouldn't be worn because of the risk of flashing everyone. And there should be an age requirement, you can only wear a tube top if you are between the ages of 18 and 27.
