Why do dogs wrestle with other dogs?

It's possible the male is trying to mate with the female and she's not having it, or they are not compatible with each other, perhaps jealousy over their owner, territory, and food are some issues.

Watch them to see what triggers their fighting then address the issue, if you can't solve it then try a dog behaviorist/obedience professional.
