The best way is to do it digitally. You can scan the two photos and then open one of them in a good photo editing program like Adobe
Photoshop. Then select the person you want to combine with another and copy it. Open the file that has the other photo and paste in into the picture. You may need to move it in the right place and then erase the parts that overlap. When you have it the way you want will need to select 'flatten' image, and then save the file in your preferred format. Good luck!
