What is the punishment of the harpies in the inferno?

In Dante's "Inferno," the harpies are punished in the seventh circle of Hell, where they reside in the Wood of the Suicides. They are transformed into hybrid creatures, part woman and part bird, and they torment the souls of the suicides by feeding on the leaves of the trees that bear the souls' own blood.
