No, and here's why. In 2010, an ALARACT came out that discontinued the practice of releasing the results early (black list, unofficial list, preposition list, etc... covered in ALARACT 251-2010). Leaking the promotion list is still a common practice with Warrants and Commissioned officers (so congratulations and celebrations can be in order), but is no longer the case with Senior NCO's. You will have to wait along with everyone else (even your BDE CDR and higher) until the release date, which for this year is 10 Apr 2014 at 0730 (ET).
