Can pregnant women have Italian dressing on their salad?

As far as I know as long as the dressing doesnt have nitrates, lead (you'd be surprised to find that some salads do indeed have lead, especially vinaigrettes) and you also want to look out for raw eggs mostly found in Caesar dressing. Just compare the spices found in your dressing of choice with the list of spices you cannot have and decide accordingly. One slip will not kill you or the baby so relax and enjoy!
