You should have a regurlar diet..not eat alot one day and don't eat at all the other day.This was you will gain weight because your playing with your metabolism..
There is nothing wrong with being obsessed with excersize ..heck its better then smoking. But yes you are okay..
you should just get over that weird habbit of not eating in front of people then i think you would be normal :P
