1). Turn off your computer.
2). Turn on your computer, and as soon as you see ANYTHING on the screen, hold F8. If you get a loud beeping noise or a "stuck key" error, begin to tap F8 rapidly.
3). When a list of options come up, select "safe mode" or something similar.
4). Let the computer boot up to the welcome screen. It won't look the same as normal, but do not worry, this is normal.
5). Once your at the welcome screen, select the Administrator account at the very top of the accounts list. It is not passWord protected.
6). Once in the Administrator account, go to Start > Control Panel
7). Select User Accounts.
8). Select the account with the passWord you can't remember.
9). Hit "Remove my passWord"
10). As soon as that is done, restart the computer. Do NOT hit F8. Just let it start normally.
11). Once at the welcome screen, select the account you wanted to get into. There will no longer be a passWord.
