What years did ford use 3.50 gear ratio in rear ends?

The years 1990 to 1993 Ford use 3.50 gears was upgraded with stronger 3.35 gears sets by adding the nickel content. This was to make the gears hard and strong and to make the 2nd and 3rd gears decrease a little to give it more torque to the rear wheels.
