Why did The Beatles not go on the American Bandstand?

The Beatles did not appear on American Bandstand primarily due to scheduling conflicts and their rising popularity, which made live performances logistically challenging. Additionally, by the time they were invited to the show, they had already achieved immense fame in the U.S., and their priorities shifted towards larger performances and promotions. Instead, they made their American television debut on The Ed Sullivan Show in February 1964, which better suited their status at the time.
