When was bskyb founded?

BSkyB, originally known as British Sky Broadcasting, was founded in 1990 following the merger of Sky Television and British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB). The new company launched its services in 1991, offering Satellite Television in the UK. It later rebranded to Sky plc in 2014.
