Where can you get a knitting pattern for donkey hat?

Debbie Bliss's toy pattern book has a donkey, but I haven't been able to figure out the pattern. There's a Disney pattern for Eeyore that I got from a friend, and several small donkeys on-line, suitable for a creche but not really toy size.
