This is definetly a difficult situation. If you do not have the means to put in new flooring then open all the Windows and get ready for some serious elbow grease. Vaccum,mop,scrub and deordorize the flooring. You will definetly need to clean the walls with water and lysol in a bucket changing it out often and when dry, repaint. good luck.
