This really depends on how well the tree is treated. If it is well pruned, by leaves and roots (Making sure you don't completely remove all roots when repotting or just cleaning them up.) watered regularly (When the top soil is dry.) but not too much in order to prevent root rot, given reasonable amounts of fertilizer when needed (depending on the species) and clean of lethal fungi and diseases, a Bonsai could live for maybe 100- 130 years. With the care of professionals and extreme precautions it is possible for it to live up to 200 years or more.
With the average Bonsai care, I would say they live no longer than 50-70 years.
