Who is Ao in Naruto?

Ao is a citizen of Kirigakure, the Village Hidden in the Mist. He is a powerful ninja who is well respected by the fifth Mizukage, who made him her bodyguard when she traveled to the Five Kage Summit. Ao is a hunter-nin who possesses a Byakugan eye taken from a fallen Hyuuga foe. It is concealed by an eyepatch and protected by a seal that even he himself cannot remove. Ao is known to have fought the legendary Konaha ninja Shisui Uchiha.
