Who owns Vonherack Labs Cosmetics now that it is no longer part of Nutrisse?

i belive it is owned by two sisters and a brother Zhagg, Cyndi and Eric vonherack. I heard they are in a dispute now or have been for years.

Zhagg and Cynthia are the same person "Cyndi" her nickname is the Hungarian Sari or Zhagg. Erik is her brother. They are lawyers i believe in America.
