Can Amazon parrots fart

YES! they do actually. I have a yellow crowned Amazon parrot and I keep thinking that she is pooping on my shoulder when she sits there because she makes this noise like she is passing her droppings and then I turn around and there is nothing there. Don't try to stop them in any way from doing this even though it is obnoxious sometimes. It could be their way of passing sickness.
