Does pokerus have any disadvantages

No. Pokerus is a vioris that your Pokemon get. If anything, It's good. It raises the SPL attack of the Pokemon that has it or something like that. It is also every easy for other Pokemon in your team to catch it. Pokerus only lasts for 1 day and like all deseases, you can only get it once.
