Sorry to sound a bit rough but there are loads added every second so it's tricky to give you an answer.

This is ridiculous, over half the worlds population do not have acces to the world wide web and therefor you are saying that nearly 1 in 3 people have to have an online shop? This is not viable. I think that there would be millions but not Billions.
