What is a cute outfit to wear to a concert?

K. The 1st step is never wearing the tacky t-shirt of the person at the concert ur seeing un-less u wanna look lik some kinda freak. What I suggest is a glittery top, and black skinny jeans. For shoes I would wear flats, NOT heels cuz ur gonna b standing around alot.
