You need newspaper, paint, flour, water, string of some sort.

To make your glue you need 1/2 cup of water and a cup full of flour (any) then stir well until there is no lumps .

make your shape with the newspaper and glue.remember to leave a hole or something.leave to dry for 10-15 Min's

put the sweets in the big hole.Next pierce 2 holes and thread the string and hang it
