Dose a Honda shadow 750 have enough power for two people?

Enough for two people to what? I have a 2006 750 AERO and am 6'3" 230lb and my wife and I ride fine. If you want to race or out run someone then no. 75mph and under is easy, after that it needs a bit of the spurs and will go faster but starts working.
